We are a fully functioning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In that sense, we operate from a clear and plain organizational chart. The Executive Director is hired by and accountable to the board of directors.
This board works to empower and support the director in the pursuit of the organizational mission. The purpose of this side of the Jesus Pattern Network, Inc. is to inspire, serve, and support the other side. The 501(c)(3) exists solely to see people in ministry free and empowered to realize the missional dreams that God has given them.
The structured organization then exists with the strong mandate supplied by the board of directors and implemented by the Executive Director and their staff to start and serve microchurches. Their organizational success is rooted solely in the success of the ministries in the organic family of autonomous microchurches.
While there is an organizational hierarchy in this side of the Jesus Pattern Network, Inc., it exists entirely to serve and in many ways takes on those characteristics so that the grassroots work of the microchurches doesn't have to.

This board  empowers and supports the director in the pursuit of the organizational mission. The purpose of Network's mission agency is to inspire, serve, and support the starting and development of microchurches worldwide. The 501(c)(3) exists solely to see people in ministry free and empowered to realize the missional dreams that God has given them.

On the other hand, the Jesus Pattern Network, Inc. is an organic network of autonomous microchurches, each united by their agreement to a set of values (the way) and a set of standards of character and conduct (eldership and the leadership covenant).
Microchurches reflect the nature of the body of Christ in neighborhoods or around needs or both at the same time. They practice prayer, worship, scripture reading, love, communion, baptism, giving, authentic community, and leadership development within their unique context.
Healthy microchurches multiply and reproduce new churches!
